... beeing ourselves fairly "down to earth", a 'mixed couple' (german/italian) with some experience in travelling around the world, we want to invite "the world" now to our place.

BETTER:  A few friendly visitors who want to enjoy the direct access to the beach and sea and the opportunity for a quick visit to the re- mains of the roman empire and the Vatican...

 

We like all kind of normal friendly humans who are not looking for the disco-style of a Mallorca / Ibiza, who are not addicted to any- thing than perhaps their partners or family...

 

Our house is not fancy, not oldfashioned, not used at all - it is brandnew renovated inside and has the necessary things for privacy and comfort.

 

A few rooms IN the house, an additional gar- denhouse - independend with own bathroom etc (separately booked) - another bath in the house as well, a big balcony-terrace, with a view across the gar- dens - directly to the sea...

... and a garden behind the house.

 

We offer (on request) BBQ, meals from Italy, Europe or India / Persia.

 

We try to solve your wishes as far as possible.

 

... während wir selbst mit beiden Beinen auf dem Boden stehen, ein deutsch / itali. Paar - mit Reise-Erfahrung rund um die Welt, wel- ches nun "die Welt zu sich einläd..."

BESSER: Freundliche Besucher, welche sich ebenso am unmittelbaren Besuch des Stran- des und des Meeres erfreuen wollen, wie an einem raschen Besuch der Relikte des römi- schen Weltreiches und(/oder des Vaticans.

Wir mögen jede Sorte von freundlichen Men- schen, welche nicht nach "Mallorca - Disco" suchen und die von nichts anderem abhän- gig sind, als ""friends an family".

 

Das Haus ist keineswegs 'chic', aber auch nicht 'altmodisch' - es ist renoviert und NEU-WERTIG mit den notwendigen Dingen verse-hen, was man privat und zur Behaglichkeit so braucht... 

Einige Räume IM Haus und ein Gartenhaus mit eigenem Bad, usw. ein weiteres Bad im Haus und eine grosse Balkon-Terrasse mit dem Blick über die Gärten direkt auf's Meer, sowie ein großer Garten hinter dem Haus sind - je nach Buchung - ebenso verfügbar.

 

Wir bieten (auf Wunsch!) BBQ, Mahlzeiten aus Italien/Europa, Indien oder Persien an.

 

Wir versuchen ohnehin jeden Wunsch nach Möglichkeit zu erfüllen.
